Clean Spaces provide specialist consultation services to many of the UK’s Health Trusts, Private firms, architectural and engineering practices. Our engineers have made careers in this specialised field and, as such, offer advice second to none on the regulatory requirements Including fast, effective solutions to problems that arise with the design of these inherently complex facilities. As well as a full design team being available to take the facility from inception to completion, Clean Spaces are also available to consult and advise on cGMP, BS, and ISO requirements and provide the following protocols to obtain MCA /FDA approvals.
Clean Spaces employ all their staff directly and invest in training and development on a regular basis to offer one of the best construction teams in the trade. The crews are not made up from random employed agency operatives, many of them working in the cleanroom construction trade for their entire lives. All materials used are supplied with full data sheets and where required are submitted to the clients materials validation schemes for prior approval. Where contracted to do so, comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manuals are supplied with all operating sequences for plant, power, lighting, security, fire, cleanroom equipment are provided.
Clean Spaces are NIC/EIC registered and directly employ all their own electricians, due to the complex nature of the installs, so as to ensure consistency and quality throughout our installations. And as such also supply all statutory electrical and lighting requirements directly.
